No both flags are made of the same Dupont nylon and are durable for continues outdoor use. We manufacture both of the flags at our facility.

No, you can select any color combination from our 12 stock colors. If that combination is not in stock it may take some additional time to sew them for you. Usually they are ready in 7 to 10 business days.
