All returns must be given a return authorization number by American Flag & Banner Co before you return them, and may incur a 15% restocking charge. Except for damaged goods, no returns are allowed after 15 days of receipt of merchandise (unless otherwise agreed upon). Refunds will cover the cost of the item, excluding Shipping & Handling. ANY FLAG OR FLAGPOLE THAT IS NOT IN RESALE CONDITION AS NEW, OR NOT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
