Yes, we will email you or your local flag or sign shop the complete instructions.

Can I use other materials like vinyl instead of Nylon?
Yes, your local sign or flag shop can make a flag or banner from several different types of materials.

How wide & long can my banner be?
The standard banner arm will support a 28" wide banner. You can make them up to 15' long depending on the banner material and construction. We will be glad to work with your flag or banner shop.

Can I get a longer banner arm?
Yes, but we suggest you or your sign shop call us to make sure it will work with the size Wonder Pole® and banner material.

Can I use my own pole with the Rotational Banner Arm?
If you already have a Wonder Pole® it will work fine. We don't recommend using another type of pole.

Does the bottom of the banner attach to the Wonder Pole®?
The banner slips over the pole so there is no need to attach the banner at the bottom. This allows the wind to shear off of the material and prevents premature wear and "blowing over" of the pole and flag.
